Following the succesive Spring frosts of recent years, i no longer work directly with vines from the slopes of Possonnière and St-Georges. I continue to produce vintages originally developed on these terroirs by selecting grapes from other trusted organic or bio-dynamist winemakers which I then vinify in the winery at Savennières.
