It is a white sweet wine produced from dessicated or botrytised grapes
depending on the vintage, harvested by selective sorting
on shale and phtanite soils.

It releases discreet aromas of acacia and white fruit (peach, etc.).
Both fresh and unctuous, it is a subtle wine which has a great elegance,
typical of the soil it comes from.

You can enjoy it as an aperitif, or with foie gras,
with a gizzard salad or with a poultry liver mousse,
or else with light fruity desserts.

To be served at 8-10°C. Leave the wine aerate in the decanter
for between 2 to 4 hours before serving to enable it to express all its aromas.
Taste it while it is young in order to enjoy its fruity aromas,
or else after 5-10 years for its candied and honeyed aromas.
Keeps for 12-15 years.

"vif et croquant, affichant une bonne concentration.
Belle fraîcheur persistante en finale. Un vin réussi."
