Through its dark-ruby color, this lightly mellow red wine,
only produced during very sunny years, expresses intense aromas of peony,
raspberry and blackcurrant, marked with touches of licorice. Its structure
and its length on the palate reveal a very fine balance of flavors.

A genuine delicacy in evening dress, you can taste the Fleur de Nuit cuvée
as a pre-dinner drink, with fruity desserts or desserts with a slight touch
of chocolate, or else with a spicy exotic meal.

To be served at 6-8°C. To be tasted when young in order to appreciate
its fruity aroma, or wait 6 to 8 years to make new discoveries!
